A serious stroke my mother suffered in 2018 - in the middle of a hospital - was unfortunately only discovered in the morning. All help came too late for her. Such a tragic event changes a life - not just my own, but certainly that of many other people too.

Standing helplessly at the bedside, unable to do anything - and having to say goodbye a few weeks later - left me with an agonizing question: What could I have done better? A feeling that I share with many of those affected. And it is precisely this feeling that drives me to this day.
